About Athletic Performanc - lab

AP-LAB delivers science-based microbiome insights to athletes, dedicated sporters and performance professionals. Using patented C-FISH technology we analyse not only the composition of the gut microbiome, but also the activity level of key bacterial groups — enabling more accurate conclusions about recovery capacity, energy availability and resilience under stress. We provide scalable testing solutions: from single baseline assessments to long-term monitoring programmes. Each outcome translates directly into practical nutrition and recovery strategies that can be applied immediately. Clear data-backed guidance — for anyone who wants to know what happens in their gut to perform better and recover smarter.
