The Atlanta Apartment Association is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Metro Atlanta while fighting to protect the rights of rental property owners. Because policies of the municipalities changes so often, it is nearly impossible for property owners to keep abreast of the new laws. Governmental Affairs is one of the major keys to the success of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
