About ATM Business Solutions, Inc.

WHAT WE DO: We help ATM owners and operators achieve regulatory compliance and a better overall experience for their customers through a comprehensive ATM inspection and cleaning program. HOW WE DO IT: Utilizing a custom mobile application, our highly trained survey specialists gather and upload detailed information and photographs to a secure online website to keep our customer's informed about the condition of their ATM network WHO WE WORK WITH: ABS currently performs thousands of surveys/year for banks and ATM organizations. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: Our experience sets us apart. With nearly 30 years managing ATM networks for large FI's, we understand the unique challenges facing ATM organizations. We utilize a small group of well trained survey specialists to ensure that the data/photo results are accurate and consistent across the board. Our goal is to build a relationship with our customers and explore opportunities to enhance the program in ways that will add greater value to your organization. WHY IT MATTERS: Regulators want to see evidence that you are proactively checking your ATMs to ensure they are meeting the required standards for accessibility and customer notifications. In addition, your customers want to utilize ATMs that are clean, safe and in good condition.
