This has enabled ATMI to service a broad spectrum of project types, from mid-rise office to residential and parking. Long recognized as a leader in the field, ATMI Precast has earned customer recognition for its reliable performance, quality and service throughout the construction process. WHAT WE DO: ATMI helps plan and produce precast concrete projects throughout the Midwest. We serve partners in project design and all those who oversee construction for commercial, institutional or public building sites. WHY PRECAST CONCRETE: Precast Concrete is a unique natural material, (a mixture of cement, water, aggregates, and admixtures), which is cast in a quality controlled manufacturing environment. Its uses range from structural components to architectural shapes, with the ability to provide a variety of exterior aesthetics. When assembled, these components can form a complete core and shell building system.
