Jus Aureum is an independent Russian law firm founded by a team of partners leaving Reznik, Gagarin & Partners after a long spell with that law firm. Jus Aureum presently has a staff of 30 legal practitioners, all of them graduates from Russia’s top law schools. A number hold Russian and/or foreign scholarly degrees in jurisprudence. The firm’s partners are members of the Moscow City Bar. The Jus Aureum team has a long track record of legal work in the fields of corporate and anti-monopoly law, M&A transactions, investments, project financing, corporate and tax planning, real estate, construction, family and employment law, and arbitration and litigation, including proceedings in both arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
