About Auburn Fit For Flight

"To promote fitness and wellness within the aviation community at Auburn University by fostering an environment that cultivates strength, resilience, and confidence, preparing members for future career demands." Founded in October 2024, we aim to create the blueprint for an initiative promoting healthy living for future aviation professionals. We are compiling a resource bank full of fitness plans, nutrition information, and mental health resources that will be utilized by flight students with the guidance of health and aviation experts. During our pilot semester (Fall, 24), we hope to build a blueprint for the program that can be effectively reproduced in other aviation programs nationwide.
