About Audicare

AUDICARE, founded in 1998, is a specialized audiology clinic that serves children, adults, and the elderly, as well as music professionals. We work in the areas of Audiological Evaluation and Diagnosis, Hearing Rehabilitation, Speech Therapy, and Hearing Preservation. We address various types of hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory hypersensitivities, and central auditory processing disorders. In the selection and adaptation of hearing aids, we use a unique clinical protocol based on scientific evidence, providing personalized adaptation according to individual auditory needs. We also treat speech, language, reading, writing, and oral motor disorders. In the music sector, Audicare has become a national reference in Hearing Preservation for Music Professionals of different musical styles. Additionally, we work on hearing preservation with dentists, doctors, and professionals in motorsports, aviation, construction, and other fields exposed to frequent noise in their work or leisure environments. Along with audiological care, Audicare also offers a range of in-ear monitors, flat-filter earplugs, and water sport earplugs, complementing the clinic's portfolio with a strong focus on hearing preservation. The work developed by Dr. Katya Freire and her team has become synonymous with excellence in personalized care, tirelessly working on hearing preservation and rehabilitation, always committed to providing quality of life to their clients. We prioritize communication and social reintegration, avoiding the psychosocial aspects of hearing impairment such as depression, frustration, and social isolation.
