About Aurora HR Consulting

As the dawn (Aurora) represents the beginning of a new day and new opportunities, Aurora HR® offers a new perspective on HR systems and processes. Our vision is to optimise and strengthen your organisation through the effective management of people and related processes and practices. After more than 10-years’ experience in Human Resource Consulting in various industries (corporate, state-owned and private), AURORA HR® was founded to offer HR Consulting Services across all business sectors and company sizes. This includes smaller companies without an in-house HR capacity but still value the importance of structured people management practices. Success in business rests upon the efficiency, loyalty and commitment of its staff (the most important asset to any company). Staff-investment is usually one of the highest expenses in any organisation, so being concerned with managing and retaining your people effectively should be a high priority in driving revenue and profit. AURORA HR® is skilled in understanding the contextual factors that influence different businesses, internal cultures and factors that motivate employees. Our mission is to understand the challenges in your unique business and how to implement organisational strategies through the effective management of your personnel.
