About AURUM Governance

AURUM's partners are focused on building long term relationships with our clients. Our directors have a unique blend of investment management, operational, fund administration, insurance, and commercial experience. This significant experience, in combination with many years working closely with institutional investors and their operational due diligence professionals, has helped to guide AURUM’s approach to corporate governance. Our directors have been active participants on valuation committees, compliance committees and management committees which has helped shaped them into valuable resources onto whom their clients can lean. AURUM’s ability to meet clients’ diversity needs from both an experience and gender perspective is well received by both investment managers and investors. Our goal is to use our extensive investment management and commercial experience to ensure your board runs efficiently and effectively while providing your investors with qualified directors and the independence they demand.
