Our mobile facility allows us to bring compliant processing infrastructure to the areas where invasive species pressure exists, reducing transport requirements and supporting rural and regional communities. Overabundant species such as kangaroos, deer, pigs, goats and rabbits place ongoing pressure on pasture, waterways, fencing, and biodiversity. Australian Bush Harvest provides a practical, scalable response by aligning necessary land management activity with food safety, biosecurity, and traceability systems that ensure full utilisation and commercial integrity. We operate through licensed professional harvesters, regulated food processing systems, and property-based traceability, ensuring every animal entering our facility is managed within Australia’s compliance frameworks. Through our Landowner Program, we work directly with participating properties to support invasive species management while creating a stable, compliant supply chain for food and pet nutrition markets.
