About Authentic Systems

Authentic Systems is a Motivation Research and Development company where we create programs that uncover real motivation and purposeful direction in life. By employing a combination of methodologies using philosophy and psychology, we deliver thought provoking insights into humanity's drive that teach our clients to reach their highest potential and create meaningful connections with other people. We offer coaching, workshops, keynote speaking, and assessments. The ALTA Assessment is the foundation to the success of our clients. This groundbreaking methodology goes beyond the typical means of evaluating a person's character. Through an expansive one-on-one Q&A session, this assessment provides a thorough approach to gain insight and comprehension into the design and purpose of a person's existence. By using four main components that are basic building blocks of a person's psychic and energetic make-up we are able to reveal key aspects to a person's use of will and purpose and meaning allowing people to self-actualize easier and better with this knowledge. The two-session series uncovers each individual's specific calling and why they were created to exist in this world. It's a revolutionary way to evaluate people's character. Rather than relying on traditional measurements, the assessment consists of a 1-on-1 series of questions that enable deeper exploration and understanding.
