Founded by educator and retreat leader Amanda Mendez, we specialize in hot yoga, anatomy-based classes, and professional Yoga Alliance–approved teacher trainings. Our mission is simple: to help every student discover their authentic strength — on and off the mat. With two Idaho locations, Authentic Yoga offers a wide variety of heated and non-heated classes, private sessions, specialty workshops, and annual international retreats through Authentic Yoga Retreats.
