About Autism Spectrum Instructional Resources LLC dba ASPIRE

Founded in 2005, ASPIRE is one of Austin's first ABA providers and is proudly BCBA-owned and operated. We deliver comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students of all ages across the greater Austin area, using a neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based approach. Our team provides individualized treatment planning, one-on-one therapy, caregiver training, school consultations and social skills groups, all focused on building meaningful skills, supporting autonomy, and promoting success across home, school, and community settings. ASPIRE’s experienced team includes masters- and doctoral-level board certified behavior analysts (BCBA/BCBA-D), registered behavior technicians (RBT), and behavior technicians (BT), all committed to compassionate, individualized care for your child and family. At ASPIRE, we provide behavior analytic services rooted in compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and assent-based care. Every child is unique, so our programs are tailored to meet individual needs, while always incorporating evidence-based best practices. We work collaboratively to ensure your child reaches their full potential, emphasizing the development of trusting relationships between your child and their team—because meaningful connections are the foundation for skill growth. At ASPIRE, we guide families through every step of the ABA journey—starting with intake and continuing with ongoing support tailored to your child’s unique needs. Our goal is to make the process clear, collaborative, and focused on meaningful outcomes. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and assent-based care. From leadership to direct therapists, each team member brings expertise, experience, and heart to support our clients and families. ASPIRE is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team! We currently have openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
