I am a mediator and an auto expert witness who loves helping insurance companies, auto dealerships, auto auctions and vehicle owners resolve civil litigation, pre litigation and carving out a successful outcome bearing minimal exposure and expense. Its my job to bring the specific understanding of the automotive world into the proper perspective allowing both sides to understand the reality and magnitude of the situation paving way to put this behind them and getting the monkey off their back. Summary: Settled over 500 Arbitration cases at a multi-state dealer to dealer automotive auction including making markets in automotive vehicles, appraising vehicles, dealer to dealer sales transactions, arbitration disputes, dealer mediation, evaluating market conditions and procuring consignment vehicles for daily auction sales.
