About Automotive Center of Excellence - Cambodia - (ACE-C)

Established in 2026, ACE‑C emerged as Cambodia’s automotive economy accelerated and skills needs widened—particularly in manufacturing, diagnostics, body repair, electric vehicles, dealership operations and industrial safety. ACE-C provides hands-on, job-ready training to international standards, delivered with modern equipment and live-industry methods. Foundational streams include work-readiness programs in mechanical, automotive body repair (denting) and vehicle refinishing (spray painting), electric-vehicle safety and systems training for ACE-C students and technicians, train-the-trainer (to build local teaching capabilities). ACE-C’s flagship offering is an Earn & Learn Apprenticeship model in which formal training at ACE blends with on-the-job training and employer partnerships.
