Auxilium provide FEED, procurement, and contract administration services to project sponsors of construction operations. Our FEED services focus on logistic analysis and buildability optimisation. Our goal is to aid with the development of an initial design and scope of works which will be subject to minimum change during project delivery. Our procurement services can be provided independently of our other services or in combination, as requested. Drafting and development of contract documentation (such as scope of work, bills of quantity/activity schedule and supporting information) along with advice and assistance in terms negotiations are at the heart of our procurement services. We specialise in the provision of independent construction contract administration services. Our service providers all have a minimum of five years experience working for contractor organisations, and preferably self delivery contractors. We believe this experience provides the foundation of knowledge required to ensure risk management is conducted with competent and liabilities rest where they should in accordance with the agreement. Our overall aim as an organisation is to remove the nasty surprises, and the disputes which so often follow, from construction operations.
