About AV Information Technology Srls

Our company was founded in 2003. Initially, our services catered to a wide range of industries, from biomedicine to maritime transport, from printing companies to accounting firms. However, over time, we adopted a strategic approach and decided to focus on offering all-inclusive contracts rather than occasional interventions billed by the hour. This key shift led us to develop specialized expertise in providing comprehensive IT support solutions as a Maintenance Service Provider, offering services such as: Unlimited Support: We stand by your side both on-site and remotely, ready to tackle any IT challenge. Hardware Support Automation: We proactively monitor and maintain your entire corporate hardware fleet, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. Advanced Security: We provide complete endpoint protection and antivirus services, identifying and addressing security threats. Backup: We ensure the safety of your data with both offline and online backup services. Training and Awareness: We enhance security awareness by offering targeted training. Monthly Reports: We maintain transparency with detailed monthly reporting. Virtual Chief Information Officer (CIO): We offer strategic consulting as your Virtual CIO. Data Network Connectivity and VoIP Telephony Services: We offer scalable connectivity solutions with all available technologies and a virtual switchboard as a cost-effective and flexible solution for business communications.
