About AVA World Submission Grappling Federation

Founded in 2017, AVA started as an in-house tournament in BC, focusing on enhancing competition experience with a submission-only round-robin format. Embracing community feedback, they integrated the EBI Overtime ruleset. Today, AVA stands out with its unique rules, seasonal points system, and events spanning from Victoria, BC to Alberta. Beyond championships, AVA offers a stylish apparel line for the grappling community.
