About Avenai

Your developers are stuck in endless Slack threads asking "How do I integrate this API?" Your support team is drowning in the same questions. Again. And again. Your docs are comprehensive—but nobody reads them. We built Avenai because we lived this problem. Every API company faces it: great documentation that developers ignore, support teams overwhelmed with basic questions, integration times measured in weeks instead of hours. Avenai turns your documentation into an AI assistant that actually works. Not another chatbot that hallucinates endpoints. Not another search tool that returns irrelevant results. A self-learning AI that: → Answers API questions with 90% accuracy (we tested 40 real queries) → Generates working code in any language (Python, cURL, JavaScript, Go) → Never makes up endpoints (every answer cited from your actual docs) → Gets smarter from user feedback (adaptive learning per-client) → Reduces support tickets by 85% We launched our pilot with ZignSec (identity verification APIs across 5 Nordic countries). Their developers now get instant answers instead of waiting hours for support. 45 customer queries in the first week. 2 hours of support time saved. $96 in cost reduction. That's just week one. If your developers spend more time asking "where's that documented?" than actually building—we should talk. Built for SaaS companies, API platforms, and developer-focused teams who are tired of support backlogs. Your docs already exist. Let's make them actually useful.
