About Aventra Development

Aventra Development is a boutique development management and owner's representation firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. We serve owners, investors, and institutions across South Florida and the Caribbean who need more than a vendor. They need a principal with genuine construction authority at the table from the start. Founded and led by Bill Brown, a Florida-licensed General Contractor with 30 years of experience at the highest levels of development and construction, Aventra brings a principal-led approach to every engagement. Clients work directly with senior expertise from day one. No junior staff. No handoffs. That distinction matters on every project we touch. What We Do We serve as development manager and owner's representative across the full project lifecycle: development strategy, feasibility and due diligence, entitlements and permitting, design and construction oversight, contractor procurement and bid leveling, change order review, and project closeout. Bill's General Contractor license is not ceremonial. It means we read drawings, challenge bids, and scrutinize change orders from a position of technical authority that most advisory firms cannot match. Our Approach Boutique by design. We take on a select number of engagements each year to ensure every client receives undivided attention and uncompromising counsel. Our lean structure translates directly into better decisions, faster execution, and stronger outcomes. We specialize in complex, high-value multifamily residential, luxury hospitality, and mixed-use development across South Florida and the Caribbean. Developing in South Florida or the Caribbean?
