At AviaLaw PLLC, we’re focused on delivering sophisticated advice in the structuring and management of complex, cross-border asset finance transactions. We bring a real-world, commercially-minded approach to closing deals, saving our clients time and money, and letting them focus on running their businesses, not their transactions. The firm’s founder, Brian Bolger, began his career in the asset finance practice at Ireland’s largest law firm, and later acted as in-house counsel to a major, US-based aircraft lessor. Other members of the team share similar experience, allowing the firm to bring its practical and nuanced approach to every deal we do.
