Avon Township jobs and careers

About Avon Township

Avon Township is a local government hub dedicated to serving residents of Round Lake, Grayslake, Hainesville, and Third Lake. We connect individuals and families with vital resources—from food, essentials, and emergency assistance to senior services, lending closets, and community programs. In addition, our Township Assessor’s Office provides property tax services, and our Highway Department manages road repair and maintenance for unincorporated areas. Our mission is simple: to make life easier, strengthen our neighborhoods, and ensure every resident has access to the support they need.
