Improving the health and wellbeing of the Aylsham community by connecting people with each other and with the support they need to live well. We support independent living with our Day Services hub, at our centre, or in the community. You can enjoy food and company at our Orange Blossom Cafe, based at the ACT Centre, St Michaels Avenue, Aylsham NR11 6YA. Our volunteer car scheme offers lifts to hospital, doctors and general appointments, for those in the community who would otherwise not have access to transport. We provide hot meal deliveries to the door in our community. We offer regular social outings, providing a door to door service, going to various locations in Norfolk We provide a counselling service here at our centre in Aylsham. The Aylsham Care Trust also offer a variety of volunteering opportunities which include : Drivers to take our members on appointments and deliver hot food into our community Minibus drivers for our social outing members Passenger Assists to help our members enjoy social outings Day Service Hub helping to entertain and support our members at the ACT Centre Helping serve in our Cafe Help out in our kitchen Maintain our Centre in Aylsham Every little helps so giving a little or alot of your time is always appreciated.
