Ayni is a servicer consultant in the Asset Backed Lending (ABL) space with focus on business critical assets in the Shared and Future Mobility sector. This niche is heavily underbanked due to the different asset classes (eScooters, eBikes, eMopeds, etc) and different business models (Shared Economy). Anyi's goal to jump in this gap. We do so by providing tailored structures, sector focused default policy, tech, and industry insight. This niche is THE hypergrowth segment in the finance of mobility according to McKinsey. Ayni works with bulge bracket lenders under Non-Circumvent who are comfortable in investing thanks to our taylored Credit Policy, Default Policy (both developed with a bulge bracket investment bank), the fact we bring them multiple deals, and the fact we have the infrastructure on the ground to run the above.
