WHO WE ARE We are two engineers, an olive grove and a dream come true. I am Rosa: Data Analyst with a great passion for the digital world. My role in the company is to collect data to make important decisions about the care and management of olive trees. I am Giorgio: Environmental Engineer with a great passion for renewable energy and the circular economy. My role in the company is to monitor the environmental conditions of the olive groves to protect them over time. EVOlving EVOlving is the philosophical motto of Azienda Agricola Bianchini. It represents a timeline whose common thread is the pursuit of quality in the production of extra virgin olive oil. In fact, Agricola Bianchini was founded in the 1930s in Calabria, thanks to Rosa's great-grandfather, Michelangelo. The company passed from generation to generation, but never had a real identity. Until grandfather Saverio - Michelangelo's son - fell in love with the Tuscia viterbese and bought several olive groves between Lake Bolsena and Rome. And it is here that Rosa and Giorgio give life to their innovative project. A passing of the baton that evolves with the changing times. WHAT WE DO With Azienda Agricola Bianchini, we want to transform olive growing through an ethical use of technology. Smart Agriculture helps us safeguard the environment and care for plants naturally and with minimal invasive intervention. The care we put into this monitoring work allows us to have high quality extra virgin olive oils.
