About Azof Consulting Ltd

Azof Consulting empowers financial institutions to meet complex data and regulatory reporting challenges with strategic, sustainable solutions. With deep industry expertise, we deliver practical support across the full transformation lifecycle — from strategy and architecture to delivery oversight and build-operate-transfer execution. We don’t just advise — we deliver. Many organisations have lost critical in-house capability due to long-term outsourcing, leaving valuable data locked in legacy systems. At the same time, regulatory requirements continue to grow. Unlike generic consultancies, we specialise in untangling these complex environments and driving measurable outcomes. What We Do — Data & Transformation Strategy Turn raw data into a strategic asset. We partner with your teams to define practical, data-driven strategies that shift Risk & Finance functions from reactive to compliant, efficient, and forward-looking. — Financial Services Data Advisory Maximise the value of your data with clear guidance that bridges strategy and execution, improves decision making, and boosts operational performance. — Vendor Strategy & Selection Make outsourcing work for you. We provide independent, expert advice on operating models, vendor evaluation, pricing, and governance — ensuring partnerships that deliver real impact. — Project & Programme Delivery Whether launching new initiatives or rescuing struggling transformations, we augment your team and manage delivery with rigour, precision, and accountability. Why Azof? •Experienced Leadership: Over 25 years’ experience in financial services data, risk, regulatory reporting and transformation. •Tailored Engagements: We work with your teams to create solutions that fit your culture, challenges, and goals. •End-to-End Capability: From strategy and architecture to implementation and governance, we embed best practice throughout.
