Hi there! I have been working in whole life wellness since 2008. I walk beside individuals and families as a Whole Life Coach and Doula — supporting major life transitions such as career changes, identity shifts, body image challenges, grief, and end-of-life care. As a genuine wellness seeker, let’s go deep and uncover who you are — and how to create and honor a life worth living. I look at the unabridged version of you — as complicated and intricate as we all are. Whether you are navigating a joyful beginning, a difficult middle chapter, or a tender ending, I provide compassionate presence and practical tools for the journey. Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for an honest, authentic, sincere, and kind approach. I’ll take you where you need to go and make sure your landing is soft. Together, we will move step by step through the unique and interconnected pieces of your life. I hold a Master’s degree in psychology, a Bachelor's in neuroscience and behavioral biology, and bring 17+ years of experience to this work.
