About Babes Helpin' Babes

3 in 5 U.S. employees have experienced or witnessed discrimination based on age, race, gender, or LGBTQIA+ identity at work (Glassdoor). And 53% of employees are handling these kinds of “toxic” situations by ignoring them. We can’t fix what we don’t talk about. At Babes Helpin’ Babes (BHB), our mission is two-fold: 1. Productively facilitate uncomfortable conversations around DEI. 2. Ensure the burden of these conversations doesn’t fall strictly upon employees. Here’s how we can help: Classes: Our 2- hour classes consist of BHB-led education and moderated small group discussions designed to educate employees around diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. Coaching: Our 60-minute coaching sessions provide a space for employees leading DEI work to assess the company’s current DEI initiatives and find a personalized approach to holding each other accountable. Consulting: Our 60-minute consulting sessions provide an outside perspective for leadership looking to understand their starting point and prioritize company-wide change. Interested in starting larger DEI conversations in your workplace? Fill out the contact form on our website and we will reach out to setup a free 30-minute Intro Call.
