About BackbenchAI

BackbenchAI is a high stakes interview companion that helps candidates perform closer to their true potential during interviews. Modern hiring often rewards composure and communication over actual skill. Under pressure, even well-prepared candidates struggle to organize thoughts and respond clearly. BackbenchAI supports structured thinking and calm communication in high-stakes interview moments, helping candidates stay focused and articulate when it counts. We believe performance should not be the barrier to opportunity.
