About Backology

At Backology, we do ONE THING...to isolate, train and strengthen your deep spine muscles. These little muscles sit deep inside of you and play an important role to support, stabilize and maintain the overall health of your spine. With deep spine mucle-training, our members build a strong, mobile and pain-free spine to maintain health, improve performance or to avoid surgery and recover from surgeries. You'll train with a certified Backologist for only two minutes, twice per week to rebuild and restore the deep lumbar muscles that surround your spine. Schedule your Introductory Training Session right now to discuss your personal training goals, conduct a personalized set up and to complete your very first deep spine muscle training session.
