Fully finished interior with mini-split for for year round comfort. Our buildings are built on-site with your design specifications in mind, and come fully finished with electrical, lighting, ethernet, insulation, drywall, paint, and a mini-split for year round comfort—and anything else you need to make it your own. As a fully licensed general and electrical contractor, we work directly with you to design your dream space and handle everything thereafter from foundation prep to electrical hook up.
