Our founder, Sudarshan Gangrade, saw the positive impact of low-carb eating while running a boutique health consulting firm and started Bajo Foods to make healthy choices easier. We quickly became Amazon's most favored keto brand and now operate as the largest low-carb cloud kitchen in India. In addition to our keto offerings in the form of Lo! Foods, we have also developed DiabeSmart, a low-carb solution for managing diabetes, and Protein Chef, a cookable vegetarian protein powder for those looking to add more protein to their diets.
