Baker Street Consulting Group is a family-owned, veteran-owned consulting firm based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Since 1990, we have partnered with nonprofits across Wisconsin and the Midwest to help them raise more money, strengthen their fundraising capacity, and move forward with confidence. Our core work focuses on Planning & Feasibility Studies and Capital Campaigns - the two most consequential steps a nonprofit can take before launching a major fundraising effort. We also support organizations with major gift strategy, annual fund development, donor engagement, board training, and campaign coordination. We have completed over 170 feasibility studies and directed nearly 130 capital campaigns, 90% of which reached or exceeded their goals. Our clients range from community libraries and YMCAs to hospitals, senior living communities, faith-based organizations, and youth programs across Wisconsin.
