About Baker Unified Fitness
Baker Unified Fitness (BUF) was started by DC native Richard Baker 4 years ago. Baker spent 8+ years working as a social worker in Richmond, Virginia impacting the lives of people from the ages of 5 to 65. Baker also served as a teacher and coach to adolescents before launching the brand in 2017. BUF was started in efforts to promote health and wellness throughout RVA and to build a supportive and diverse community of people who all share the same goal. BUF provides services to address the needs of the wide variety of clients they serve.
