Through 15 years of clinical research and product development, Prof. Dr. Herman Kingma from Maastricht University in collaboration with Elitac Wearables have created the BalanceBelt - the belt that uses haptic feedback to enable people suffering from balance disorders worldwide to regain their independence and walk freely again.

Founded in 2021 by Merijn Klarenbeek.
