About BalanceWorks

Welcome to BalanceWorks — where we help professionals shift the inner blocks that keep them stuck, so they can lead a career and life that truly feel aligned. 95% of your behaviours, habits, and decisions are driven by the subconscious. That’s why at BalanceWorks, we don’t just coach your conscious mind — we work with the deeper layers too. We combine executive coaching with subconscious rewiring to shift limiting beliefs, unlock confidence, and create success that actually feels good — and lasts. For those open to more, we also integrate somatic tools like Breathwork and Spinal Energetics — because true transformation includes your nervous system, not just your thoughts.
