About Balanita Private Limited

Organisations invest in learning platforms expecting results. Most get adoption problems instead. Balanita works with corporate HR teams, L&D practitioners, and NGOs to close that gap. We consult on LMS selection, implementation, and recovery. We design e-learning that connects to real business outcomes, not just completion rates. Our process starts with a diagnostic, not a demo. Before we recommend any platform or solution, we map the learning environment, the organisational readiness, and the actual problem that needs solving. That step alone has saved clients from expensive procurement mistakes. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Sri Lanka, Balanita has worked across corporates, educational institutions, and international NGOs throughout the region. Our consulting is led by practitioners with over 14 years of hands-on implementation experience, not theory. We do three things well. - We help organisations choose the right learning platform. - We make sure implementations actually succeed. - And when rollouts go wrong, we diagnose and fix them without unnecessary re-procurement. If your organisation is evaluating an LMS, struggling with adoption, or rebuilding a digital learning strategy, that is exactly the conversation we are built for.
