About Balcara Group

Balcara Group is a national developer of institutional-grade neighborhoods of luxury single-family rental homes. The Company, based in Houston, currently is developing major projects in the Texas and Florida markets. The Company’s first project, Balcara at Balmoral (www.balcarabalmoral.com) will be completed in summer 2021. The property is advanced in lease-up and is representative of the Company’s strategy to develop scaled communities in excess of 150 homes and to co-locate with leading Master Planned Communities in high-growth major markets.
