About Balistreri Real Estate

Balistreri is a independent, full-service brokerage firm. We are a listed broker-member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,™ a global network of the finest independent real estate brokerage firms, and one of the companies comprising Balistreri Family Enterprises—the other affiliated companies include Integrity Title and Academy Mortgage. A family-owned and -operated business, we at Balistreri value long-term relationships with our clients and Sales Associates, and work hard at building and maintaining them. “The client first” and “the Associate’s success” are the mottos that always have guided, and continue to guide, our business dealings every day. We believe our clients deserve the very best. That’s why we invest heavily in our Associates’ professional preparedness and acumen. Their knowledge and skills constantly are updated in specialized training and coaching modules that put them (and their clients) way ahead of the curve. Our excellent support and sales systems enhance our associates’ success. For five decades, Balistreri has been providing buyers, sellers and developers of properties superior real estate services and a whole lot more. Our dramatic growth locally has allowed us to expand our market and our products and services regionally, nationally and internationally. Joseph S. Balistreri, who had relocated his family and real estate business from Wisconsin to South Florida, established the company as primarily a residential brokerage in Pompano Beach in 1964. In 1991, Joseph S. Balistreri retired. Joe and Jim, by then seasoned veterans in the business, bought the firm. They renamed it Balistreri Real Estate and immediately set about its growth. Today, Balistreri is a recognized leader in the real estate market, in South Florida and beyond, both for our superior service to clients and for the heavy investment we make in the professionalism and entrepreneurial success of our Sales Associates.
