About Balmain & District Football Club
Established in 1970, Balmain & District Football Club has developed into the largest community football club in Australia with over 3,100 players. We are a volunteer-driven community club that encourages participation and celebrates achievement at all levels. Our members include male and female players from 4 year-old Tiny Tigers to our Over 55s teams. BDFC is also the leading community club in Sydney's Inner West for girls and women, with over 1,150 players across 80 girls-only and women's teams, from Under 6 to Over 35. Playing in the Football Canterbury Association, the Club welcomes players of all skill levels, from beginners and social players to graded youth teams and All Ages teams.
