About Baltic Sea Action Group, BSAG

The Baltic Sea Action Group (BSAG) is a non-profit foundation that conducts research-based work to save the Baltic Sea. We protect the Baltic Sea, combat biodiversity loss, and mitigate climate change. By tackling the root causes of ecological crises, we create effective solutions, both on land and at sea. We promote regenerative agriculture and responsible shipping, protect marine biodiversity, and mitigate the impact of forestry on waterways. The necessary change can only be achieved through cooperation. That is why our work involves farmers, landowners, researchers, companies, decision-makers, and authorities. Hundreds of organisations and individuals support our work in the Baltic Sea through donations, advocacy, and everyday choices. Read more: bsag.fi/en
