About Baltimore Racial Justice Action

Baltimore Racial Justice Action works to facilitate catalytic transformative change – individually, institutionally, and societally – towards racial justice and justice related to other “isms.” Our work focuses on increasing capacity to “see” through an ARAO lens, supporting the development of people and workplaces committed to expanding inclusion and seeding the climate for more equitable societal practices. BRJA’s work with client organizations centers on organizational development (OD) using an Anti-Racism/Anti-Oppression (ARAO) analysis. BRJA consultants work in partnership with institutions to examine and align policies, practices, and organizational culture with ARAO principles and to assist them on their journey of becoming more racially inclusive institutions.
