About Bangladesh Health Watch

Bangladesh Health Watch (BHW) started its journey in 2006 as a group of concerned citizens and experts with a vision of universal health coverage for all the citizens in Bangladesh. Since its foundation, BHW has been working to bring about sustainable improvements in the health sector in Bangladesh through research, documentation, policy advocacy and networking. BHW is creating a platform for the voices of citizens on critical public health issues; generating new evidence for changing policies; disseminating the latest research findings; engaging with government and other interested parties in formulating and changing policies prioritizing citizen's demand; developing technology-based mechanisms for collecting feedback for optimal delivery of health care services.
