About Bank Forward

We’re glad you think forward. Welcome to Bank Forward, a locally-owned, independent community bank. Our customers are more than account numbers to us. They are our neighbors and our friends. Their success, prosperity and security matter to us. We foster a deep level of customer trust and support long-term strategic partnerships. To this end, we offer a full range of financial solutions to people and businesses in 14 communities in North Dakota and Minnesota. We are committed to our employees and offer a comprehensive benefit package, including Employee Stock Ownership, professional development opportunities and a team-oriented approach. Our Mission We believe in the commitment to seek out and provide financial and insurance solutions for tomorrow, not just for today. In doing so, we help our customers, employees and the community "fast forward" to the goals they strive to achieve in life. About Us We got our start as a small business, a small bank in a small town, way back in 1927. Through 4 generations, we've provided banking and insurance services to the communities where we live and work. Our founder, A.C. Brown, always said, “Take care of the customer.” It’s a promise we intend to stick to.
