About Bar 1806

Nestled in the bustling heart of the theatre district, 1806 has swiftly become an iconic destination among the best cocktail bars in Melbourne. With our name harkening back to the year the term 'cocktail' was first printed, we are not merely a bar - we are the custodians of a centuries-old tradition that celebrates the craft of cocktail making with the passion it deserves.
