For nearly a century the Construction Development Industry has been flawed in its makeup. Owners, contractors, consultants, vendors and agents all at cross purposes. What benefits one does not benefit the other, what helps one party, hurts another and yet the industry drags itself forward because "that's the way its done." Taking after it's namesake Hannibal Barca, Barca Development is intent on attacking the Industry standards, breaking the chains of status quo. No longer do we make our clients "choose two" between fast, right and cost effective. For the first time all of the horses pulling the load will be running in the same direction, with the same goal. Alternatively, Barca Development will not leave good contractors behind. We have an entire department dedicated to those hardworking small business owners who are still trapped by clients living in a paperwork heavy, C.Y.A. past.
