About BarkInterim - Executive Interim Management

Barkinterim offers executive interim management for organisations and projects that have reached an impasse. We can help in situations where the following factors converge: Complexity: situations where a unilateral solution cannot be determined due to the involvement of too many factors and diverse interests. The organisation must respond to changes ever more quickly, and existing approaches are no longer adequate. Conflict: due to contractual and substantive disputes, relationships are under pressure or have been damaged and room for manoeuvring is limited. This calls for decisive leadership. Decisions must be made quickly, while restoring calm and trust. We focus on international engineering-led organisations that perform critical maintenance and large-scale projects (or oversee their execution) on capital-intensive assets in high-risk environments. These are organisations with an annual turnover or budget of more than €250 million, and with projects worth more than €100 million. Engineering and Technology are major components in these multidisciplinary organisations, but success also hinges on dealing with non-technical stakeholders and their interests. Our clients include private and semi-public companies and public-private partnerships in water and energy. For example: * Water utilities * Water authorities * Energy utilities * Offshore wind farms * Contractors * Airports
