We are a full service commercial real estate brokerage business founded by Craig Barnard in 1999. Between us we have over 55 years of combined commercial real estate experience in this market. We excel at dealmaking with our experience of several hundred successful transactions accomplished including: project leasing, 1031 exchanges, owner/user acquisitions, land sales and Tenant representation. We have played a key role in the leasing and investment brokerage of over 300 properties in Oregon and SW Washington valued at nearly $3.6 billion dollars.
