About Barressential

Barressential is a women-focused wellness platform founded in Sri Lanka in 2017. The company pioneered the country’s first premium Pilates and barre category, combining market education, clinical credibility, and disciplined unit economics. Today, Barressential operates a scalable multi-studio and franchise model supported by centralised brand, training, and operating systems. The platform focuses on sustainable growth, high-quality client experience, and long-term brand value, with plans for regional expansion and adjacent wellness verticals.
