Scope of services provided include residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, TxDOT ramp modifications, flood plain reclamation/mitigation, and transportation improvements. Barron•Stark provides timely and cost-effective civil engineering and land surveying solutions to both our public and private sector clients. Our engineers and surveyors are a vital part of each phase of a project including master planning, schematic and detail design, construction document preparation, bidding and negotiation, construction phased services, and final project delivery. Our goal is to not only deliver a functional product addressing immediate needs, but to maximize present and future use of land and resources to return the greatest value. Together.
